Word to PDF, fifty at a time.

Drop in DOC or DOCX files and get PDFs back with the page size, margins and page breaks the document already had. A4 stays A4. The point of this one is the batch: most converters take a single file, then ask you to pay before the second.

Two steps. That's it.

1

Upload your documents

One file or 50 at once
Drag in a single document or a whole folder — from your phone, tablet or desktop. DOC and DOCX both work, and you do not need to convert the old ones first.
2

Conversion runs on our servers, so a phone finishes as fast as a desktop. A single document comes back on its own; a batch comes back as one ZIP.

Grab it within the hour. Download links expire 60 minutes after conversion. Going the other way, from PDF back into an editable document, is PDF to Word Cyborg.

Why a paid converter is the one worth using

Word to PDF is the most crowded conversion on the internet, and nearly every free tool handles it the same way: one document, a wait, an advert, and a paywall the moment you drag in a second. The batch is the whole reason this page exists.

50 documents in one pass

A folder of invoices, a term's worth of assignments, every chapter of a manuscript. Queue the lot instead of feeding them in one at a time.

Anonymous & private

Contracts and drafts stay yours. We don't track who converts what, and files are never handed to third parties.

No watermark, no sign-up wall

Nothing is stamped across your first page and nothing is held back for a paid tier. What you download is the document.

Free Word-to-PDF tools exist because advertising pays for them, and the business model shows: one file at a time, a size cap, a queue, and an upgrade prompt the moment you drag in a second document. The desktop route works and costs nothing, but it means installing an office suite on whatever machine you happen to be sitting at. Word to PDF Cyborg starts at €1 for a day, installs nothing, and takes 50 documents at a time at up to 200 MB each.

What comes back, and what moves

A PDF is a fixed page. The job of a Word-to-PDF converter is to decide where every line and every page break falls, and then freeze it. This one uses LibreOffice, which reads your document's own page setup rather than imposing its own — so an A4 document comes back A4, your margins are your margins, and a page break you inserted stays where you put it.

Your page size, not ours

A4

The converter reads the page size out of the document. A4 stays A4 and Letter stays Letter, so what you print matches what you wrote. Plenty of tools quietly output Letter to everyone.

Page breaks stay put

A break you inserted before a new section is honoured rather than reflowed away, so a document that starts each chapter on a fresh page still does.

DOC as well as DOCX

.doc

The old binary format from Word 97–2003 is read directly. No need to open and re-save it as DOCX somewhere else first.

Nothing stamped on it

clean

No watermark, no trailing advert page, no banner across the first sheet. The PDF is the document and nothing else.

Tables and images survive

Tables, headings, lists, images, headers and footers all render. This is a layout engine reading your file, not a text extractor rebuilding it.

The honest caveat: fonts are the thing that moves

A Word file names the fonts it wants; it does not carry them. If your document uses a font our server does not have, the closest available one is used instead, and text can wrap slightly differently — which on a long document can push a page break, or add a page. Arial, Times New Roman and Courier New are safe: exact-metric equivalents are installed, so those wrap identically. Documents leaning on Calibri, Cambria or a corporate brand font are the ones most likely to shift. If your layout has to be exact to the millimetre, export the PDF from Word itself, which has your fonts. For everything else — sending a contract, submitting an assignment, handing over a batch of invoices — this is what you want.

Need it the other way round? PDF to Word Cyborg turns a PDF back into an editable document.

When you need a PDF instead

A DOCX opens differently on every machine. A PDF looks the same everywhere and cannot be edited by accident — which is usually why people want one:

W

Sending a contract

PDF is the expected format for anything signed. It also stops the other side nudging a clause while they read it.

R

Submitting coursework

Most university portals take PDF only, and a PDF cannot reflow into different pagination on the marker's machine.

P

Invoices and statements

A month of invoices converts in one batch rather than one at a time, and accounting systems generally want PDF.

F

Applying for something

A CV in DOCX opens with the reviewer's fonts and their margins. As a PDF it arrives looking the way you built it.

T

Printing at a shop

Print shops ask for PDF because it removes the guesswork. Your page size travels with the file.

S

Archiving finished work

A PDF still opens in twenty years without the software that made it, which is not something you can assume of a DOCX.

Whatever the reason, upload your documents and get PDFs back.

Different direction — or a different format?

Common questions

Getting started

What is Word to PDF Cyborg?
A web app that turns DOC and DOCX files into PDFs, keeping the page size, margins and page breaks the document already has. Upload up to 50 at a time and download them back as PDF — nothing to install and no watermark.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It works on all Android phones, and on iOS 12 and higher. Conversion happens on our servers, so a phone finishes as fast as a desktop — you only need a browser.
How do I convert Word to PDF?
Two steps. Drag your documents onto the upload box at the top of this page — up to 50 at a time — then collect the result. One document comes back on its own; a batch comes back as a single ZIP. There is nothing to install and no settings to pick.

Layout, size & batches

Will the PDF look exactly like my document?
Close, and usually indistinguishable — but fonts are the honest exception. Your page size, margins, page breaks, tables, images, headers and footers are all carried across. What can shift is text wrapping, because a Word file names its fonts rather than carrying them: if your document uses a font our server does not have, the nearest one is substituted and lines can break in slightly different places. Arial, Times New Roman and Courier New have exact-metric equivalents installed and wrap identically. Calibri, Cambria and brand fonts are the ones that can move a line, and on a long document that can add a page.
Can I convert old .doc files, not just .docx?
Yes. Both go through the same converter, and the binary format from Word 97–2003 is read directly, so you do not need to open and re-save it as DOCX first.
How many files can I convert at once?
Up to 50 per batch. Each result is named after the document it came from. One document comes back on its own; a batch comes back as a single ZIP. This is the part most free converters hold back — they take one file, then ask you to upgrade for the second.
Is there a file size limit?
200 MB per document, which is far more than a text document ever needs — you would only approach it with hundreds of high-resolution images embedded. A conversion that somehow runs longer than five minutes is stopped rather than left hanging.
Will my PDF be A4 or Letter?
Whatever your document says. The page size is read out of the file rather than imposed, so an A4 document comes back A4 and a Letter document comes back Letter. This is worth checking on other tools — several output Letter to everybody regardless, which quietly gives European documents the wrong margins when printed.
Does it add a watermark?
No. There is no watermark, no advert page appended at the end, and no banner across the first sheet. This is the other thing free converters commonly do, usually only telling you after the conversion has finished.
Can I convert a PDF back into Word?
Not with this tool — it only goes one way. PDF to Word Cyborg does the reverse. Bear in mind that direction is genuinely harder: a PDF has pages and positioned text rather than paragraphs and styles, so the result is a reconstruction rather than your original file.

Pricing, privacy & limits

How much does it cost?
A €1 day pass gives you 24 hours of unlimited conversions. Yearly (€6) and lifetime (€30) plans are also available (+ VAT). Every plan unlocks all 79 AppsCyborg tools, not just this one.
How long does my download link stay valid?
60 minutes. After that the link expires and the converted files are removed — just re-run the conversion if you need them again.
Do you track or keep my files?
No. We don't run ad or analytics tracking on what you convert, and your files are never sold or shared for marketing. Uploaded documents are processed only to build your PDFs and are removed once the 60-minute download window closes.
Is there a limit on how often I can convert?
No. While your day pass, yearly or lifetime plan is active you can run as many 50-file batches as you like — there is no monthly quota and no per-conversion charge.
Still have a question?
We usually reply within a day.
